Claim Alleges Fatal Tacoma Police Shooting Unjustified

Attorneys Ben Crump, Dale K. Galipo, Lara Herrmann and Crystal R. Lloyd filed a wrongful death claim over the September 2019 shooting of Bennie Branch by a Tacoma Police Officer. Mr. Branch’s mother was a witness. She reported her son was unarmed and running away when he was killed.
