PORTLAND, OR. – Today, after a months long investigation conducted by the Herrmann Law Group, a civil rights action was filed on behalf of Derrick Dewayne Clark Jr.’s family, against Clackamas County, its deputies, and an Oregon State Patrol officer alleging allegations of excessive force, failure to provide medical care, assault, battery and negligence.

[Seattle, Washington, January 26 2023] Charles Herrmann and Mo Hamoudi traveled to Texas today representing 153 surviving family members who could not appear to speak on behalf of their loved ones who perished in two air crashes as a result of Boeing’s criminal conduct. The first in Indonesia and then in Ethiopia less than 5 months later.
Boeing entered a plea of not guilty today in federal court in the Northern District of Texas despite findings by the Honorable Reed Charles O’Connor that Boeing directly and proximately caused the death of 189 passengers on Lion Air Flight 610 and a 157 passengers on Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 as a result of fraud perpetuated on the United States government FAA.
VANCOUVER, WA. – Today Mark Lindquist of Herrmann Law Group filed a federal lawsuit against Clark County on behalf of the family of Jenoah Donald, an unarmed African-American man who was shot and killed by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy during a traffic stop on February 4, 2021.

While in shallow water of a swimming area, the girl was sucked into an inlet pipe. Two of the victim’s siblings saw her go under the water as she was dragged down by the suction. Her younger sister tried to save her, but did not have the strength. Her older brother was too far away.
