Anthony Marsh


Anthony Marsh is dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured people against those who harmed them. He graduated in the top 5 percent of his graduating class from the University of Washington School of Law, earning admission into the prestigious Order of the Coif honors society.

Anthony is an experienced litigator. He has litigated dozens of cases, reached favorable settlements for his clients, and successfully tried cases before juries. As the primary associate handling Herrmann Law Group’s Asiana OZ 214 cases, he has specific experience in airline crashes. Herrmann Law Group was able to recover significant settlements for more than a dozen injured parties.

He has also represented individuals against the government, including catastrophic injury cases and wrongful death cases from police brutality.

Currently, he represents 4 international students who were injured in a mass-casualty incident when a converted military vehicle collided into a bus filled with students in Seattle, Washington. He has appeared in State and Federal Courts on matters ranging from airline crashes, mass-casualty bus crashes, major insurance coverage disputes, food poisoning cases, and catastrophic injury cases.
